Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using bug-tracking tools like JIRA.
- Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and prevent future issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or IT Quality Assurance Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, TestRail).
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
