Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for enterprise software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure seamless software performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across complex database systems and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for identified issues and verify fixes once implemented.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance, specifically within enterprise software environments.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote global team setting.
