- Lead end-to-end test lifecycle management including planning, execution, and reporting
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and automation frameworks
- Manage QA resources, including team allocation and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools (JIRA, TestRail, Selenium)
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, SOX) for financial systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in test leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM) and defect tracking
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Certifications in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance credentials
- Proven track record in financial technology or regulated industry QA
