Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA teams in designing, executing, and documenting comprehensive test plans
- Develop automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage
- Coordinate defect tracking and resolution processes with development teams
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for QA methodologies
- Validate compliance with banking industry standards and security protocols
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable insights for product enhancements
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between QA, development, and business units
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT QA experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies
- Proficiency in QA tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC processes in financial systems
- Certification in QA or software testing (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in banking/financial services industry highly desirable
