Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure functionality compliance
- Document and report bugs using standardized tracking systems with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and verify fixes
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data based on product specifications
- Perform regression testing to validate new features and ensure system stability
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain and improve QA documentation, processes, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and QA lifecycle
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
