As an IT Requirements Analyst, you'll conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews, translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation including BRDs, SRS, and user stories
- Facilitate requirement validation sessions with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Track requirement changes and assess impact on project scope, timeline, and resources
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- Develop requirement traceability matrices to maintain alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA) or Project Management is advantageous
