- Strategic planning and allocation of IT resources including hardware, software, and cloud services
- Vendor relationship management and contract negotiation for IT infrastructure and services
- Development and implementation of IT asset lifecycle management policies
- Budget forecasting and cost optimization for technology resources
- Coordination of IT procurement processes ensuring compliance with company standards
- Performance monitoring of IT resource utilization and service delivery metrics
- Cross-departmental collaboration to align technology resources with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT resource or infrastructure management
- Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles
- Experience developing IT resource allocation strategies and budgets
- Certification in ITIL, COBIT, or related frameworks preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
