Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT risk management frameworks and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and gap analysis to identify potential security threats and compliance gaps.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Negara guidelines) and international data protection standards.
- Oversee data privacy management, including GDPR and local data protection laws.
- Manage the documentation and reporting of audit findings to senior management and external regulators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance security awareness and enforce best practices.
- Lead incident response planning, disaster recovery exercises, and business continuity strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in IT risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, financial services compliance, and information security standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
