Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of company products and solutions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise
  • Design and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Create customized solutions proposals that address specific customer pain points
  • Conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concepts for potential clients
  • Provide pre-sales technical support including answering RFPs and RFQs

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering role
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Experience with solution selling methodologies and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are preferred
