Search Personnel is looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Central Region, Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving IT solution sales by reaching out to prospective clients, arranging meetings, and delivering compelling product demos. You'll work closely with our technical and marketing teams to identify business opportunities, develop tailored proposals, and close new deals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and showcase IT solutions.
- Deliver live product demos that highlight the value and features of our offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress and reporting on targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to create winning proposals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor landscape.
We welcome candidates with a diploma in IT or a related field, and those who bring up to two years of sales experience. Strong communication skills, a customerâfocused attitude, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Kualifikasi
