Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and networking activities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase IT solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
