Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to sales teams including hardware/software troubleshooting and network diagnostics
- Manage and optimize sales-related IT systems (CRM, ERP, VoIP) to ensure peak performance
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes, technical workflows, and system configurations
- Collaborate with sales department to understand technical requirements and implement solutions
- Train staff on sales software, productivity tools, and cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system performance, security protocols, and backup procedures
- Assist in vendor management for IT procurement and service agreements
- Support digital transformation initiatives through technology integration and process automation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support with sales environment exposure preferred
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce or similar sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment
