As the IT SAP SD Assistant Manager, you will act as the primary bridge between IT and Business stakeholders. You will define the roadmap for the SD module, manage complex implementations, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, WM). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of SAP SD consultants and analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects for SAP SD, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure high availability.
- Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for SAP SD processes and configurations.
- Manage vendor relationships and external consultants to supplement internal capabilities as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies (S/4HANA) and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP SD implementations, including project planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and transportation management.
- Experience with SAP integration (IDocs, RFCs, APIs) with external systems and other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both English and Bahasa Indonesia).
- SAP SD certification is highly preferred. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
