Are you a detail-oriented IT professional with a passion for ERP systems? Comworks is seeking a dedicated IT SAP Support Specialist to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, providing critical technical support to our business units and retail outlets. You will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure system stability, troubleshoot SAP-related issues, and optimize workflows to support our business goals.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical puzzles. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our SAP environment and ensuring our end-users receive timely and effective technical assistance.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for SAP-related incidents and service requests across business units.
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure maximum uptime for all SAP modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues reported by end-users in outlets and corporate offices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Assist in the deployment of SAP system enhancements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Train end-users on SAP best practices and new system functionalities to drive operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in SAP support, administration, or functional consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and basic database management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist users at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple support tickets.
  • Willingness to travel to outlets as required for on-site technical support.
