Join Sercomm as our IT Section Head and spearhead the technological backbone of our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure management including LAN/WAN networks, internet access, and security controls
- Design, implement, and maintain structured cabling systems and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi networks
- Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect organizational data and systems
- Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Coordinate technology upgrades, system migrations, and disaster recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Monitor network performance and proactively address technical issues
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT management experience with infrastructure focus
- Expertise in network security, LAN/WAN configurations, and structured cabling
- Proven leadership experience managing IT teams and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CISSP, ITIL) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in budget planning and resource allocation for IT operations
