Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure leader looking to make a global impact? Siltronic is seeking a dynamic IT Section Head, Infrastructure to join our team in Tampines. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SSG IT Infrastructure activities, ensuring seamless operations across both local and global environments.
You will lead a high-performing team tasked with maintaining robust, scalable, and secure IT systems that support our mission-critical semiconductor manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, exceptional technical aptitude, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure requirements and business objectives. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation, optimizing system reliability, and mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Operation Service Support (OSS) team.
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure activities, covering both local site requirements and global organizational standards.
- Oversee system architecture, server performance, network uptime, and data center operations.
- Develop and implement robust IT service management (ITSM) frameworks to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with global IT stakeholders to align local infrastructure projects with regional and corporate strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and IT infrastructure budgets.
- Ensure stringent adherence to cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure efficiency and system security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and hybrid environment management.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and project management methodologies (PMP or Prince2 is a plus).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
