Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security frameworks and policies tailored to the retail environment.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits to identify potential loopholes.
- Monitor security systems and networks in real-time to detect and respond to unauthorized access or cyber threats.
- Manage incident response procedures, ensuring rapid containment and resolution of security breaches.
- Ensure strict compliance with local data privacy regulations and international security standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions (such as Firewalls and SIEM) into existing infrastructure.
- Provide security awareness training to employees to minimize human error risks and phishing threats.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in information security, network administration, or risk management.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or CRISC are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills.
