Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain IT security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption systems
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security gaps
- Monitor security alerts and respond to cybersecurity incidents with documented remediation procedures
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Manage security awareness training programs for staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (ISO 27001, etc.)
- Collaborate with IT teams on secure system architecture and deployment
- Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT security operations or cybersecurity roles
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+) preferred
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and tools (firewalls, VPNs, SIEM)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and incident response capabilities
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
