Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT security policies, frameworks, and procedures
- Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
- Lead incident response planning and coordinate breach mitigation efforts
- Manage security compliance audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Oversee security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all IT projects
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend proactive security measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security with 2+ years in leadership role
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CEH) strongly preferred
- Expertise in risk assessment frameworks and security control implementation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex security data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and security awareness training
