Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a team of IT Security Officers assigned to government project portfolios.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust security architectures in compliance with government-mandated security standards.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard sensitive government data.
- Manage end-to-end incident response, conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing mitigation strategies for security breaches.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits to proactively identify and address potential system weaknesses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security requirements are integrated into the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Manage security documentation and represent the company during security compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Professional certification is mandatory: CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT security management, preferably within government or public sector environments.
- In-depth knowledge of local cybersecurity regulations and international standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
- Proven experience in team management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex security risks into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
