Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security measures to protect internal and client-facing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential system weaknesses.
- Lead incident response activities, providing rapid analysis and remediation strategies for security breaches.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Monitor network traffic and security logs to detect and neutralize unauthorized activities in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate 'Security by Design' principles into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Prepare detailed security audit reports and documentation for stakeholders and compliance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering.
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and encryption protocols.
- Proficiency in security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Scanners) and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Deep knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS benchmarks.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or GSEC) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for a corporate environment.
