In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring that our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Manage incident tracking and resolution to ensure timely responses and high user satisfaction.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, peripheral devices, and standard corporate software.
  • Perform routine system monitoring and health checks on office IT equipment.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for end-users.
  • Escalate critical technical issues to the senior infrastructure team while providing regular status updates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by setting up accounts and workstations for new employees.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting common office applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and email clients.
  • Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and professional approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
