Tanggung Jawab
- Provide tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve complex system problems using ticketing systems
- Train users on IT best practices and new technologies
- Document incident resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems
- Support IT infrastructure deployments and updates
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of technical support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call rotation
