- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices
- Conduct user training on IT systems and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of IT service desk or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network connectivity and peripheral devices
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
