Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues at Tier 2 level
- Diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions requiring deep technical expertise
- Manage service tickets through full lifecycle from logging to resolution
- Deliver 24/7 support coverage during night shifts including weekend rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address infrastructure and security concerns
- Document detailed incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Mentor Tier 1 staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise IT support or help desk roles
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS administration and networking fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedules with weekend availability
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL) preferred
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
