Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve IT incidents using ticketing systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls following security protocols
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for self-service
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Conduct periodic system health checks and preventative maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support role
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and common business applications
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose diverse technical issues
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- ITIL Foundation certification or relevant technical certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
