Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
  • Diagnose and resolve system problems including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity
  • Manage IT service desk tickets using ticketing systems with timely documentation and resolution
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals, and software applications
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate solutions
  • Conduct user training on IT systems, security protocols, and best practices
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk operations
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and common enterprise applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Customer service mindset with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) preferred
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) highly valued
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
