In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of an enterprise IT environment. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals, providing support for incident management, service requests, and internal process improvements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in monitoring and managing the IT service desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of user requests.
  • Support the team in documenting IT workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in IT asset management tasks, including inventory tracking and hardware/software provisioning.
  • Assist in the generation of weekly and monthly ITSM performance reports and metrics.
  • Help troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues for internal staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT project rollouts and system updates.
  • Provide administrative support for IT compliance audits and quality assurance activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of basic IT concepts, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • A keen interest in ITSM frameworks (such as ITIL) and digital transformation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
