Insight Enterprises is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented IT Service Team Reporting Analyst to join our team in Pasig City. This is a critical Nightshift role where you will play a pivotal part in transforming raw IT operational data into actionable business intelligence.
As our Reporting Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical IT service delivery and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and automating sophisticated dashboards using PowerBI, ensuring that our leadership teams have real-time visibility into performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate complex IT service reports and interactive dashboards using PowerBI.
- Monitor and analyze IT operational performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of recurring reports for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to define reporting requirements and data sources.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to support root cause investigations and service delivery improvements.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data quality across various ITSM tools.
- Present key performance indicators (KPIs) and service insights to management during operational reviews.
- Support the transition of manual reporting processes into automated, scalable solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an IT Service Management (ITSM) or BPO environment.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI (DAX, Power Query) is essential.
- Strong background in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for complex data querying.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Must be comfortable working on a Nightshift schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
