Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage technical teams delivering managed services solutions to enterprise clients
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery including incident management, change control, and problem resolution
- Develop and implement IT service management frameworks aligned with industry standards (ITIL, ISO)
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to optimize service delivery costs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Monitor service performance metrics and SLA compliance across all client engagements
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope technical requirements and support solution proposals
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are implemented across all service offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of IT management experience in managed services environments
- Proven track record leading technical teams in IT solutions provider settings
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), networking, and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL v4) and compliance standards
- Experience managing service level agreements and client relationship management
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or cloud architecture highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
