Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily IT operations including server maintenance, application support, and database administration
- Oversee technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure issues
- Coordinate execution of site-specific IT projects and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and disaster recovery protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
- Develop and implement IT service improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong expertise in server administration, database management, and application support
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage IT projects
- CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
