Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including PC troubleshooting and break-fix repairs
- Maximize system uptime through proactive maintenance and rapid incident response
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and enterprise applications
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance for IT systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate support records
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security protocols and best practices
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in PC hardware diagnostics, software installation, and network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
