Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of complex software and IT infrastructure projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketing stakeholders.
- Implement and champion Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to drive development velocity.
- Monitor and report on project status, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Ensure the quality and security of software deliverables through rigorous testing and review processes.
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Technical Lead roles.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and modern software architecture.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
