Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and refine the company's comprehensive software and IT strategy to support long-term business scaling.
- Direct the optimization and customization of the Salesforce platform to improve departmental workflows and reporting.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement modern AI and machine learning solutions to drive automated business processes and increase productivity.
- Manage the entire software lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, licensing compliance, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team leads to assess operational pain points and architect scalable technical solutions.
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of all IT initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, software strategy, or tech consulting.
- Proven expertise in managing Salesforce deployments and custom integrations.
- Strong understanding of AI applications, business intelligence tools, and API integrations in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT budgets and driving software-related ROI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
