As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and innovative IT solutions that support our legal operations and business growth.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust architectural blueprints. Your expertise will guide the selection of technologies, integration of systems, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Key responsibilities will include evaluating existing systems, proposing improvements, leading technical discussions, and overseeing the implementation of complex projects. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end IT architectures for new and existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
- Lead the integration of various systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams and standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with legal industry regulations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the legal sector is a plus.
