Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor IT/OT systems proactively to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle including detection, documentation, resolution, and closure
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities including system patches, updates, and hardware replacements
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions for logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, security, and cloud services
- Experience with IT/OT systems and industrial control environments
- Proficiency in incident management tools and IT service management frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Strong written communication skills for creating technical documentation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) preferred
