Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in IT architecture with 3+ years in delivery leadership
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, PMP, ITIL) highly valued
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
