Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for optimizing financial processes? Global Officium is seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Solutions Management Lead to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the bridge between technology and our Record to Report (R2R) operations.
As our IT Solutions Management Lead, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of IT solutionsāfrom conceptual design and system architecture to seamless implementation and ongoing operational support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our R2R systems are scalable, secure, and fully aligned with business objectives. We are looking for a proactive leader who can translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly solutions while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of IT solutions tailored for Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical requirements.
- Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for existing R2R applications to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Drive process automation initiatives to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting workflows.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to integrate new software solutions and system upgrades.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and documentation of all implemented IT solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system metrics to proactively identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality delivery of IT services across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT solutions management, specifically within Finance or R2R environments.
- Strong understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes and their associated technical workflows.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in an urgent hiring timeline.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a significant advantage.
