Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and implementation of robust IT solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into scalable, efficient technological workflows.
- Oversee IT infrastructure performance, security protocols, and system integration strategies.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, software providers, and technical partners.
- Mentor and guide internal IT personnel to foster a culture of technical innovation and operational excellence.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management, project management, or systems architecture.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, network architecture, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a mature approach to conflict resolution and resource management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Experience in budget forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor contract negotiations.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly regarded.
