Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect company data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and system upgrades
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory records
- Train employees on new technologies and software applications
- Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment and services
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company IT policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network configurations
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
