Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive end-user IT support across hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and prioritize service tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Execute system deployments, updates, and migrations with minimal disruption
- Implement and maintain security protocols including access controls and threat monitoring
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and incident reports for compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure optimization
- Proactively monitor system health and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
