IT Specialist (BPO Industry Experience Required)

As an integral member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our end-users, maintaining critical IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues. Your day-to-day role is pivotal in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity in our fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns across the BPO operation.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
- Assist in the administration of servers, firewalls, and VoIP systems.
- Document technical processes, generate incident reports, and track asset inventory.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Staff or IT Specialist in a BPO environment. (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu and accommodate shifting schedules if needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
