Daimaru Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in South Caloocan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our technical infrastructure runs smoothly, efficiently, and securely.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Maintain and monitor office network systems, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Perform regular system backups, software updates, and security patches to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage the procurement, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Conduct regular diagnostic checks to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all company IT assets and software licenses.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on standard operating procedures for IT tools.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on-site in South Caloocan, Metro Manila.
