Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Maintain and monitor office network systems, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Perform regular system backups, software updates, and security patches to ensure data integrity.
- Manage the procurement, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Conduct regular diagnostic checks to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all company IT assets and software licenses.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on standard operating procedures for IT tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in South Caloocan, Metro Manila.
