Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems across various retail branches.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Respond to user requests and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Perform regular system checks, data backups, and routine maintenance to ensure data integrity and system security.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, and participate in project rollouts and upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies and security best practices.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for knowledge base development.
- Collaborate with central IT teams and external vendors for escalated issues and specialized support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role, preferably within a retail or multi-branch environment.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) and basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.
- Experience with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems and inventory management software is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City and travel between local branches as needed to provide support.
