Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware systems
- Provide prompt technical support to employees resolving hardware/software issues
- Monitor live operations ensuring system uptime and optimal performance
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and digital assets
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and systems according to organizational standards
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or technical roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Strong communication skills for clear technical documentation and user training
