Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain computer network systems including servers, routers, and switches
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Manage security systems, firewalls, and access controls to protect organizational data
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware/software issues efficiently
- Document network configurations, procedures, and system updates for compliance
- Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure upgrades and technology implementations
- Ensure system backups and disaster recovery plans are operational and tested
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration and system support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification preferred
- Proficiency in network security protocols and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools and methodologies
- Effective communication abilities for technical documentation and user training
