Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and system performance problems.
- Maintain and update computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and office tools.
- Assist in the deployment and migration of new hardware and software solutions.
- Monitor system logs and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure data security and adherence to backup procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
