Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the company's hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
- Manage system backups, data recovery, and security protocols to protect company information.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for equipment procurement and repairs.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and antivirus solutions.
- Prepare and update technical documentation and training materials for internal staff.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and software applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support or System Administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and enterprise software management.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
