The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist (Business Applications) to spearhead our digital transformation journey. This is a pivotal role where you will architect and implement IT solutions that directly enhance patient care, streamline daily operations, and drive innovation within the healthcare sector. In this position, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business units. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of business applications, ensuring they are robust, secure, and aligned with NKF’s strategic goals. Your work will involve managing complex systems, analyzing user needs, and deploying technology that improves efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain critical business applications to support NKF’s operational workflows and patient management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure the stability, security, and high performance of all business software platforms and databases.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to minimize operational downtime and maximize productivity.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, evaluating new technologies to modernize legacy systems and improve user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for optimization and implement necessary upgrades.
- Document technical processes and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases for the IT support team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or business application management.
- Strong experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, CRM software, or healthcare information systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in database management and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
