Are you an IT professional with a passion for system reliability, proactive maintenance, and endpoint performance? We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist, Endpoint Monitoring to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring our corporate endpoint environment remains secure, healthy, and highly available.
As an Endpoint Monitoring Specialist, you will oversee the overall performance of our enterprise hardware and software assets. You will leverage modern monitoring platforms to detect bottlenecks, analyze diagnostic logs, and build intuitive dashboards that provide real-time visibility to key stakeholders. Working alongside cross-functional IT and security teams, you will help drive continuous improvement and minimize downtime across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively monitor the health, performance, and security compliance of all corporate endpoints.
- Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and diagnostic data to identify anomalies and troubleshoot issues.
- Design, configure, and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards and automated alerting frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT support, security operations, and network teams to ensure swift resolution of escalated incidents.
- Perform comprehensive root-cause analysis (RCA) on recurring technical issues to implement long-term preventative solutions.
- Automate routine administrative and monitoring workflows using scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, operational runbooks, and configuration guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or an endpoint management role.
- Solid hands-on experience with endpoint monitoring and management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace).
- Deep technical understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, registry structures, and event logs.
- Demonstrated ability to write scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automating diagnostic and administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical mindset with a highly organized approach to troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT teams.
